Worst Mic on the Market
My fiancee has wanted these headphones for a long time. I finally purchased it for her birthday. We REALLY wanted these to work. Right away we had issues plugging in the wireless USB into the PS4 Pro. It does not fit the PS4 Pro. (The case provides too narrow a space for a USB that thick. It fits fine on a regular PS4, but she uses the Pro.) After carefully applying a LOT of force it snapped into place.Next, the headphones would not connect wirelessly. We tried plugging the headphones into the PS4 Pro directly with the charging cord and they worked, but the charging cord is way too short. We tried holding the "mode" button down for "forced pairing" as the instructions detail. Nothing. We ultimately had to use the other cord to connect the headset to the wireless controller, as you would for PC. It worked, but the lights no longer work with this method. Whatever, we were just happy to have it working at this point. The dealbreaker is the mic. We play in separate rooms so I was able to hear the quality first-hand. Compared to the previous $30 headset she has used for years, this expensive headset mic sounded distant and metallic. Then, after only about 10 minutes of playing her mic was cutting out so often that I constantly had to ask her to repeat what she was saying to the point that communication was completely pointless.I can only conclude that this company is profiting off of the aesthetic quality of the headset meanwhile utilizing incredibly inferior hardware. A massive disappointment. Ruined her birthday.

Don’t get if you want to talk with friends
Can’t change the volume on headset for players/friends chat. It only has an overall volume knob. FRIENDS SOUND QUIET. Even with adjusted setting for in game.

Works well but see review….
Chances are you’re looking for the cat ear headphones of your dreams. I purchased these and the other SOMIC headphones which you may be considering as WELL. The other headphones have removable ears and these don’t.Here is my comparison of the two but I will TLDR: the other ones with removable ears are more comfortable and preferable for me.These headphones light up, have retractable mic which is extra dope, and the very cute car on the side. These are major plus and made me personally feel like I’d like them more. The downside is that the plug in is not built in and so when it twists, it makes some static noises. This is a major negative for me as I’m neurodivergent and I cannot function with that happening too often. The other thing is that the headphones sit DIRECTLY on your head. The other somic don’t (more on that later.) because these ads directly on your head after about 2 hours they begin to stress out your head and ears. The feeling of wearing an uncomfortable headband that causes a minor headache basically. The other thing is the cushion is less comfy than the other.-The somic with removable cat ears is my preference though I bought both in a bundle deal they were running. (Check that out!) and why I like it more is simple. I can be in it 2 hours or more with no issue, there’s no static sounds as the wire is built in, and the headphones cushion is nicer. The other thing is it doesn’t sit directly on your head so you dont have as much weight. There’s some sortve retracting wire that is on the headband to allow there to be no pressure on your head and the design is ingenious. The only fear is losing an ear but if you remain mindful it should be okay. (Probably not good for kids for this reason.) both Somic products are great but if comfort is more for you then the removable ears are better whereas if you’re streaming and want something cuter these are cuter with the cat on the side and the colors lighting up.

Cute and comfy!
I was worried before buying these that they wouldn’t fit me. I have a rather large head and headsets often either give me a headache or they will smash my ears and make them hurt. I decided to take a chance on these because they’re just so cute (and because two cat ear headsets from a different brand have broken on me in the past 18 months) so I ordered them. These are the most comfortable headset I’ve ever owned! They’re a little heavy but not uncomfortably so. The headband doesn’t give me a headache and the ear cups are spacious and oh-so-comfy, giving my ears plenty of room.I’m not a big audiophile so I’m not the best at judging sound quality, but these sound great to me.There are a few things I would change if I could make my perfect headset. For instance, these do not make a sound when turning on or off, or warn you when the battery is running low. So the other day I had them on while I was working and suddenly the sound was just gone because the battery died. It would be nice to have an indication of when the battery is low. I also have noticed that they don’t always remember what setting you had the lights on previously when turning them on. I prefer the changing light but sometimes when I turn these off and back on they’ve gone back to the static light, but sometimes they remember what setting I was using before. These two gripes really aren’t dealbreakers for me though because I love these headphones!
