I used this monitor for almost a week from my desk with no issues. The next week I thought of working from another room and the moment I got up from the desk the screen of my laptop closed with the monitors. I was surprised as I had bought these monitors thinking when back to office happens and I might have to go from one meeting room to the other. I also noticed that the hinges supporting the monitors and the laptop downward are very week. If they break then basically these monitors are useless as they would not be supportive of the laptop. I had to return this purchase due to these reasons.

Great screens, but the ports are opposite each other. Should be low on the bottom side and the same. Also the cord that came with were much too long, had to order shorter ones. It was great until my screen cracked. Probably should have only used it on a desk or something and not my couch or bed. Careful though with your screen. Mine cost 800$ to fix.

It’s a little bulky, lots of connection cords, but very functional. Make sure that you confirm your laptop size. It did not fit on my biggest device but fits on my medium work laptop perfectly. Too heavy for my wife’s smaller notebook

only 1 screen works at a time when the other is disconnected, can not get both screens to work at the same time. videos are not helpful and there is no way to contact selelr. I am returning this item ASAP due to lack of help. Also when 1 screen does work both of them are very blurry and there are no options to fix it, the user guide is useless too and the screens colors can not be matched to the main screen. If they had someone to trouble shott I would love it, having another screen is very helpful.

The right side screen doesn’t turn on or work. I had a hard time setting the screens on my Mac and instead they keep falling back on the table.

Left screen doesn’t stay where you put it. I have to put something behind it to keep it in place.

I have mac pro only one screen able to work with it

Device doesn’t fit! The size in the post says it fits laptops 13-16 inches. My laptop is 15.6 inches diagonal and less than 15.5 in length and IT DOES NOT FIT!….the box it came in says it fir 10-14.6 inches! I’m upset.
