Origami 3 Tier Folding Shelves, Storage Shelving Rack Unit With Wheels, Pewter

Very pleased, easy to sit up, just what I needed for my extra kitchen small appliances.

I.have at least a half dozen shelving units, different sizes. I love them for their appearance, storage and ease of movement. Don't forget, take out if box, stand up, click and done deal.

I love this storage unit for many reasons.First, no assembly is required. The wheels can each be screwed into the bottom legs. It is easy to do with or without the little tool that is provided. It takes a moment or two to figure-out how to swing it into an upright position after unpacking; it was packed well and had no signs of damage.Second, I like the fact that this item could be used either as a trolley or as a storage unit. I have thought about using it to take groceries from the trunk of my car, parked in the garage, into the kitchen. The only problem that I would encounter, and this is true of all trolleys, is that there is a small step up from the parking area in the garage onto the laundry area and then into the kitchen. If loaded with several cases of water, for example, the trolley would be hard to lift up. For light loads, though, it would be simple to use and lift.Finally, it rolls easily from room to room and is useful as a storage unit just as the video shows. Currently, I am using it as a modified potter's bench in the garage and have stored all of the empty plastic pots, gardening tools, stakes (inserted vertically down through the mesh openings on each shelf and thereby standing up neatly), and small gardening supplies on the storage unit. All of those items (twine, plant food spikes, nozzles to hoses, etc.) are now easy to see and easy to find.I would not describe this storage unit as heavy duty. It is not flimsy, but I did not store bags of garden soil on the storage unit, for example, because it just seems as if the shelving would eventually begin to droop under the weight.Since it can be folded up, it is an ideal storage unit for any size home or room. Most importantly, it does not need any assembly other than to screw-on the wheels; there is no anxiety that it might be missing pre-drilled holes or might have parts that don't fit properly, both of which are frequent problems when you order storage units, carts, TV stands, etc., needing assembly.

I’ve had this for 2 years and I’m getting ready to buy another. I got this to put my houseplants on when it’s time to bring them inside for the winter. I also use them to start seedlings. The wire shelves perfectly fit to hang 2’ shop lights to use for grow lights. The entire thing is powder coated and I haven’t had problems with rust even though they get wet often. Easy to collapse and store.

I bought a set of these folding shelves about a year ago and they work as advertised. The shelves are sturdy, yet easily fold up when needed.

I loved that these storage units were already assembled (which is why I chose this type) and they unfolded easily, as described. However, I found the caster wheels took a bit of time to put on, even though the process was simple. I wish more weight could be loaded when the wheels are on--if you want the storage unit to hold more weight per shelf and per unit, leave the wheels off. I put the wheels on, as I want to be able to move the units easily for cleaning or rearranging in the space. I bought five of these---they work very well. The best part for me was the already-assembled aspect (except for adding the caster wheels, which is optional).They are not very tall, which can be an advantage for people of smaller stature who might struggle to put bulky items on high shelves of a different type of storage unit. But, of course, each unit doesn't hold as much as taller units might. These are working out very nicely for me. I use most of them out in my two-car garage to organize and store tools and equipment of various types. I'm completely satisfied with their excellent appearance and function--and out-of-the-box readiness!

Ive had the Origami 3 for @13 years and i just came across this and just giving my honest feedback because the unit is as solid and as good as the day i bought it, yes i know its unbelievable after all the use and abuse it has received for so many years. ill post up as soon as i get the chance. But yes this unit looks like it will out live me lol.

I love this R3 Origami 3 shelf unit! I can no longer pick up my Cricut Maker or Scan N Cut to move them from the storage shelf to my work surface due to medical issues. Now they live on these shelves and I can use them right where they live! I bought the bins to store supplies underneath and the lids keep the dust out as much as possible. The magnetic shelf liners are supposed to be delivered today so I am waiting for the FedEx truck. That will keep miscellaneous tools and the machine feet from getting stuck or falling through the wire shelves. The best part is that I can roll this anywhere in our house (I actually have 2 craft rooms) so I can make the best use of the space I have open at the time. The shelves aren't too heavy to to manipulate either. When the box was delivered I was able to open it, turn it upside down, and remove the box from the unit - all while seated due to spinal issues that make it dangerous to try and stand and do such tasks. Then I turned it over, installed the casters with the included wrench. and easily turned it again and opened/secured it with the catch on the back. This unit is sturdy and more than enough to handle the weight I have on the shelves. My only regret is that I couldn't get the same unit in red to match my Husky cabinet that is filled with rubber stamps, dies, and more crafting goodies! By the way the casters are substantial and I don't think they will damage our laminate wood flooring.
