Great protection
After our new rescue cat decided to jump off our mid stair landing (8 foot high) we knew we had to do something quick to protect him from jumping off the second floor. He is so skinny that he has no trouble walking between the spindles. Great protection & barely noticeable when installed. Installation couldn't have easier.

Functional and serves its purpose, slightly tricky to install on stair banisters.
I like that this matched our banister more than the white or black ones I saw. It would have worked better if my banister wasn’t down the stairs. I could have bought the shorter option but it wouldn’t have covered my area of concern so I overshot the measurements, bought the 10ft one and wrapped it around the corner instead. The zip ties are easy to move before you cut them (hadn’t cut them yet in the photos). I suggest you do your best to put the zip tie clasp at the back of the railing if possible (I couldn’t access that side of the railing). Because when you cut the zip tie, it leaves a sharp plastic edge that could easy scratch or scrape a little hands or toes. I went back and tried to shift the ties to back side, but left most because it was just easier. Then once it was in place I clipped extra length from the ties and went back with a hot glue gun and just made a little rubber ball on the ends of the sharp zip ties. Which works well and is discrete to the eye. The mesh didn’t line up and wrap around the downward banister (I didn’t expect it to), so I just rolled it into itself and tied it off as neatly as possible. The purpose is to deter my kids from playing with the posts at the top landing, I’m not worried about the stair portion as they are gated off. Overall for the price it does work really well. The adhesive zip tie anchors work really great too and are super convenient for areas next to the last banister post. I would purchase again!

Stop your Toddler from danger!
We were looking for a product to stop our 1 year old grandson from putting his head, leg , and body through the slats at the top of our stairs. He was already trying to do that. I had visions of him falling through and landing on our wooden steps 3 feet below. I also did not want him throwing toys from there because it would chip the wood on the stairway. My husband and daughter used the banister guard and carried it halfway down the stairway, on our upstairs flight. When our grandson came the next day, he noticed the netting, but respected that he could no long stick his leg or head through the slats. I think it is a marvelous invention! I have so many friends that have come over that want to use the same product. Also, all the other things this company has to offer is fabulous. They carry the magnetic stoppers to stop toddlers from opening up the cabinets. They are truly fantastic! Their video helped with installation!!! I highly recommend them and the products they carry! They are a small family business and it was a pleasure to not get something from China!

Installed 4 years ago - Still going strong!
When we bought our new house with a second story, we knew we had to make sure the kids were safe. We installed these nets upstairs upstairs. They have stood the test of time and have now lasted through our two older kids and are still working with our 15 month old. Easy to install, but takes some time. Well worth the investment.

Easy to Install
With a little patience this net is really easy to install. The included adhesive brackets for attaching the cable ties to are great for keeping the bottom edge secure. The net itself seems rather sturdy and has held up to our toddler for a bit now. The reusable zip ties weren’t as easy to reuse as I had hoped but they’re a good length and they give you plenty. It was longer than I needed so I rolled one end up and zip tied it together. It’s not very noticeable from the ground floor when we have guests over so that’s nice. Safety is more important than looks though and overall we’re very happy with this product.

Makes me feel safer
As seen in the first photo doesn't fit my railing all the way but I'm still glad I got it. My upstairs is kinda like a loft with both girls upstairs. My youngest is nine months and I don't want her to try and stick her head through or throw things over the railing. Super easy to install and feels very secure with the zip ties. Plenty left over to have a few extra ties. I will say I find the stickers not useful and a waste of time. They fell down within five minutes. Easy to pull the stickers off. If you think your railing is longer than ten feet order two and over lap them. I'll be getting a second to get first coverage. I love that someone made this and I don't have to worry about what could happen.I must update my review and change this product to five stars. I installed it wrong and thought the stickers were garbage. Not true. The company owner Mark is wonderful, he sent me another product free of charge when I didn't ask for one and even offered to walk me through how to install. After reading a PDF file he sent with a picture, lightbulb! The stickers are best suited toward the bottom of the railing not the top. Only zip ties on top! I am so impressed by his kindness and willingness to please his consumers, this world needs more people like him running companies!
