The sour patch kids are not sour. The outside is completely melted off and is all sticky. All 5 pounds are unable because they taste gross and they’re sticky. You can’t even return them. You will be wasting your money. They don’t even deserve a one star.

Had an orange themed baby shower and put these in small gift baggies. Made about 45 bags. They were perfect and fresh.

I have ordered these all red Sour Patch Kids many times over the last few years. The last several batches of the candy have been absolutely AWFUL and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of quality control as shown by the seller "Sweetsome." For one, as soon as I open the bag I smell vinegar very strongly. This is the second time the smell issue in particular has forced me to contact Amazon for a refund, since Sweetsome doesn't offer replacements. Although the packaging implies that this product does not expire until the year 2024, gummy candies like these should NOT smell like vinegar and that obviously raises the question of whether these Sour Patch Kids are even safe for human consumption. As you can see in the first picture showing the bag of Sour Patch Kids, there is a fair amount of wet residue stuck to the plastic wrapper which is NOT normal and likely implies that the candy has gone bad in some way. The second major problem with these Sour Patch Kids is that THEY ARE NOT EVEN SOUR. As you can see in the second picture where I am holding some of the candies, they have ZERO CRYSTAL SOUR POWDER. The sour flavor is the main reason that customers prefer Sour Patch Kids over other gummy candies, which is why they are called SOUR Patch Kids. Unfortunately these are missing the SOUR part along with having questionable safety and quality.

The product is the real thing but none of them are actual sour... just a sugar covered gummy bear.

Do not buy! Waste of money. Product has zero granulated sugar on them and appear to be stale and old. No sour flavor only sweet. Defective product and it's unreturnable.

Was shipped fast and packaged well, but its just Patch Kids. There's absolutely no sour. Nice and soft, but no sour, am sad.

Every time I get this product it's wet and melted inside the bag. This completely changes the taste of it. It's no longer "sour". I understand the heat in the delivery process, but I don't think that's the problem. I think it's wet and melted from not being stored properly in the warehouse.
