Is this worth paying the extra money over the regular oneblade? Will this one provide a closer shave than the regular oneblade?

There are 3 advantages for this PRO model. The motor and battery on this, PRO model is more powerful. Also this PRO model lets you make very precise length adjustments at 0.5 millimeter increments. If any of these features matter to you, I'd say yes, it's worth it.
To recap:
1) Motor is 5.4 watts, almost twice as powerful.
2) Lithium Ion battery is more powerful and recharges faster.
3) The comb attachment allows very precise adjustments at 0.5mm increments.

What separates pro  this version versus the regular one blade

I have used both and this is one of the best tools out there. 
- it saves a ton on razor blades, it gives me a close enough shave when i need it, amazing grooming tool 
- and let's be honest --- it's a really good value for money

What are the weight and dimensions of the Philips Norelco Oneblade Pro?

The official answer is wrong, I don't know where they got that weight from. I just bought the pro; the razor with a blade on it is 105 grams (3.7 oz). The adjustable head adds 18 g (.6 oz).

Question 4

Guessing it won't be as low as a razor, but approximately how low does this cut without the comb? 0.2, 0.1, 0.05 maybe??

I have a beard so I am just shaving the neck and some on my face it gets it so that it’s pretty close and not visible stubble. But unlike shaving with a razor the 5 o clock shadow is much more noticeable because my beard grows pretty quick. Hope that helps.
