I purchased this cabin bed with slide for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it.My granddaughter has only just turned 3 and her parents wanted a cabin bed for her so I found this one with the slide and thought it would be perfect as my granddaughter loves her slide in the garden but with the great British weather she is limited as to when she can go on it.The bed arrived 2 days before the stated delivery date and my son put it together with the limited tools he had, I made a point of saying I had read mixed reviews on building the bed but he said he had no trouble at all, it was easy to put together and after putting it together he went round and tightened all the fixings and he says the bed is very well made and sturdy, which is just a well because so far my granddaughter has gone up and down the slide, used the bed as a trampoline, she can climb up the stairs and walks back down them as if they are stairs 😊 she really has made full use of the bed and has had hours of fun with her toys taking turns on the slide.Luckily my granddaughter has a very good sized bedroom which is needed with this bed, I think if she had standard single room this bed would not fit, the thing I like about the ladder is that they are set at an angle, not fastened straight onto the bed making it easier for a child to use. There is a large space under the bed although not enough for a desk and chair for a child to sit under but a desk could be put under the bed with the chair outside of the bed allowing a desk to still be used if wanted. My son and daughter in law are going to place something around the bed forming a den like hidihole for my granddaughter to play in and storage has already been placed under the bed freeing up more space in the bedroom to play in.I happily gave a 5* rating because the bed is very good quality, easily built and provides hours of fun for my granddaughter, no doubt there will be a few bumps along the way (especially climbing up the slide) but as long as my granddaughter is happy then I am happy.I forgot to add this bed is extremely good value as well and the mattress from her standard size single bed did fit so no extra expense of buying a new mattress if it isn't needed.

Lovely bed - feels really solid, sides of bed are quite low with a mattress on and could do with some sides to the slide to make it a bit safer. But I’m very impressed for the price!

This was the easiest lightweight bed I've ever build. With absolutely no efforts. Very good for the price!! My daughter was so over the moon with it, she won't let it go. Only had it a few hours so I will try to review it in a years time. But so far so good! Few issues with the holes but use a screwdriver to remove excess wood ships which allows the bolts and screws to go in better. The slide panel could be a little stronger but again for the price it's good!! Thank you Seller :)

lovely bed easy to build side make it fun

Apart from needing a big room, this was a great hit with the birthday girl

I was hesitant at the price but its been brilliant and sturdy. Would recommend. Would not say its for kids say above 9 I wouldn't say it's strong enough but defo under 9 it's a great buy and will last a while.

Bought these beds for my grand children.They were really simple to put together,all prices have number stickers on.I found them to be sturdy little beds and the addition of a slide made it fun.They fit standard single mattress.Screw to wall for extra safety and hopefully last for quite a while.

Unfortunately I have had to give a 2 star review.Quality of materials is very poor and the fixings much the same. The slats don't even have a straight cut finish and the layers there made from have joins there for very easy snap after all there lucky to even hold a mattress. My child literally snapped a slat within 5 minutes of climbing up onto the bed when it was made. He was excited and did a little jump to lie down (he's only 4 and about 16kg, so not heavy!) And a slat snapped. Luckily my husband is very good at DIY and reinforced the full underside of the bed etc but this cost us about another £60 in materials to do so.My son does absolutely love it with the slide etc but it is definitely a get what you pay for product!
