Simply trying to help people make the best choice in this extremely shady business! ***• I am always interested in trying good, effective & even supplements that are new to me &/or new on the market, especially when they claim to have ANY kind of health benefits that may be useful to me, my family & my clients.• This review is on the following which is my goto brand I always buy: Resveratrol 500mg 180 Capsules - Nutrissence - 90 Servings of 1000mg or 60 servings of 1500mg• So are you contemplating on taking Resveratrol and want to know if this is a product for you, if this is effective, if this is a good brand or just want to learn what health benefits this provides? Well let me try to give you some information about this to try & help you decide.—————————————————— Ingredient Breakdown: ——————————————————• Want to first say that this product is actually Polygonum cuspidatum root or Japanese Knotweed, NOT actually Resveratrol. Polygonum cuspidatum root is said to be a very good source of Resveratrol because it has ALL the exact same benefits as Resveratrol. So now that is out the way, let's talk about the benefits.• Resveratrol is a potent antioxidant that aids in the removal of free radicals. It is said it possibly increases life span, help prevent cancer, and protecting against heart disease, Alzheimer's, and diabetes. In addition, it can act as an anti-inflammatory and may increase testosterone levels while reducing estrogen. The ability this has to reduce inflammation & estrogen, while boosting Testosterone levels & promoting muscle repair, makes this an excellent supplement for those of us looking to improve performance, body composition, and overall health. Here are a few reasons why this can be great for those trying to sculpt their bodies:• Fat loss, Reduces inflammation, When you break-down muscle after workouts this help with repair, Increases testosterone, Interferes with the conversion of testosterone to estradiol, Prevents muscle loss (catabolism), Increases basal metabolic rate by increasing basal skeletal-muscle fat oxidation…. a potential "fat-burning” effect, May also increase performance because it's been shown to increase muscle force by increasing twitch and tetanic contraction in skeletal muscle. Oftenly found about $20.00 for a 30 day supply & often times dosed lower.• Gluten Free!• No Preservatives• Non-GMO• No Artificial coloring or flavors• No Soy or corn• Dairy free making this Vegan Friendly• Made right here in the good old USA for those who want, like & try to support this great country.————————————————— Final Assessment: —————————————————• 180 capsules per bottle, 1 capsules per day (serving size 180). Capsules are standard size, making these easy to swallow. Came well within the expiration date, in fact, more than 2 years.• if you are looking for some OVERNIGHT miracle pill, this is not it, BUT if you are looking for a boost in your total health, wellness & an array of other positive benefits, this is a phenomenal buy.————————————————— FYI: —————————————————• I was recently asked if Japanese Knotweed produces estrogen not testosterone? My answer is No. From my knowledge Japanese Knotweed is known to be an aromatase inhibitor, which means it reduces the increase of estrogen conversion. It is also said to be a selective estrogen receptor e.g. (SERMs) which blocks the effects of estrogen. Both help bring your testosterone to natural levels.

Works well

This product is life changing. I’ve suspected that I have blood sugar regulation issues, and I’ve mainly tried managing it through the ketogenic diet (I feel MUCH better when I cut out carbs). After taking the Resveratrol, I noticed a difference the next day. In the morning, I had an easier time getting out of bed, I was less depressed and more eager to begin my day, and life became less stressful and things were easier to get done. The “flushing” I would get after meals greatly reduced. The feeling of hunger right after I finished a meal decreased also. I began taking one capsule a day, and now I take a capsule with each meal— so 3 capsules a day. I’m very thankful for finding this product and thankful for everyone who left their reviews about it that led me to try it out for the first time.

Like this product as easy to use and get lots at low price. Each capsule is 500mg, but only 250 trans-resveratrol, so I use 2 capsules — that amount or a bit less recommended by anti-aging researcher David Sinclair, author of LIFESPAN. Capsules are easy to open and add to our morning potion, of which I use teaspoon of psyllium fiber (Metamucil) and 1g NMN, then all mixed well for a small drink, followed by another glass of water and a bit of yogurt or butter or olive oil since said bit of fat needed to activate the resveratrol. Will know in about 40 years if has been effective — see blog at Healthy2aHundred if wishing to follow progress.

It has only been around a month that I have been taking it. I do not know if I am seeing any benefits from taking this product. It is easy to take and has no side effects.

good experience

I have been taking resveratrol for probably 8 years. Lately, I have been flipping around brands trying to find one I like as my old brand does not seem to do anything anymore (and it was expensive). I think I finally found the right one! I noticed a difference day one. I am taking 1000 mg a day. I have my old energy back, improved attitude and all around feel better. Not all resveratrol is created equal - so many people just look at the price (which I did at first going top of the line). With this product you get an excellent price plus it works.

Looking at the ingredients, it appears to be one thing: "polygonum cuspidatum" which is ground-up Japanese knotweed (which is, indeed, a good source for Resveratrol).It looks like each capsule is 500MG of knotweed (?) and rice flour. If so, I'm pretty sure knotweed isn't 100% resveratrol so I'm guessing there isn't close to 500mg of resveratrol per capsule. Add in the rice flour and it looks even worse.So, that's what I'd call mis-labeling. I think I'll take this to my friend's chem analysis lab and see what's really inside one of these things. I'll get back to this once the analysis is done.I'm calling this 'less than truthful' advertising and 3 stars for now. More later.
