What a cooking machine!
Been wanting one of these for a while now, not so much for large volume cooking but for flexible and large work surface when it comes to prep and cooking. This is a rock solid frame and cooking surface, once seasoned properly...brings an amazing flavor and plenty of room to allow for some creativity. Easy to fire up, easy to cook on and easy to clean! I keep ours on the back porch (roof overhang) and keep the cover on when not in use. Always handy!

I love my new Blackston
I do not know why I waited so long to buy a blackstone, this thing is amazing. We are having fun experimenting on our cooking. I don't know exactly why, but everything taste better, burgers, grilled cheese, stir fry, eggs, etc,etc. Overall well made product, the griddle is very heavy and solid, the rest of it is a little thinner metal than I would of guessed, but it works and does a solid job.

This advertising clearly states this is a stainless gas griddle. The cooking surface is Carbon Steel.

LOVE IT!!!!
This is the absolute best gift I could have ever gotten my husband. He uses it all the time. He has bought some accessories for it also. It is pretty expensive but so worth it.

Blackstone griddle
Very disappointed, it was bent in several places and the silver part underside was broken. Had to get a welder to put it back in place.
