This is an excellent quality ayurvedic adaptogen. It tastes decent enough to use in drinks, but I prefer to put them in capsules. The price is really good, and the only thing I dislike is the lack of guidance or instructions on dosage. You have to just guess and use what makes sense for your condition. No negative side effects were felt, only energy and clarity.

Makes you feel relaxed and clear-headed, with a bit of euphoria. Very underrated brand, every herb powder from this company that I have tried has been fresh and high quality.The flavor isn't exactly delicious, but if you don't mind the taste of natural herbs then it's fairly easy to get down.
