I used 150 of these for a 12x38 deck I built.Great material to work with. Cuts easily with carbide blade.Chamfer the ends after cutting prior to final install to remove the burr. Also, wax the top end with paraffin wax to make install easier. “Wobble” the bit when removing from the drill hole to open it up a bit. The fit is VERY tight if you don’t do these things. I made a template I clamped on to the top and bottom rails to get spacing correct. Worked perfectly.Otherwise, highly recommended. Looks great installed, too!

The media could not be loaded. Purchased deck railing material but the bolsters that came in the kit weren’t long enough for the railing to be installed on. These were an easy replacement and they match esthetically. The only difference was the texture. These are smooth!

I needed 36 inch spindles because the Ultradeck rail kits came with 30 inch spindles. This was just too low for my preference. However, I purchased from another company first due to a better delivery date. Sooner is not always better and regret that original purchase because the spindles are so thin in thickness, that the slightest bump will create a dent. I will do a replacement with this brand! Highly recommend!
