I purchased this product after my internet search on natural herbs that will regulate hormones and stop prolonged menstrual bleeding. I added a teaspoon of this to my tea and it worked instantly! I had been suffering from an 'issue of blood' for several months and this product cleared it right up. It also boosted my energy level which is a major plus since my iron level seemed to be dropping. The only downside is the taste. It's like a bitter nutty taste that's not verily easily covered up (added to smoothie also). I HIGHLY recommend this product for women with this issue. However, I did read that it can cause weight gain so I will only be using it when absolutely necessary.

I got this because it is one of the ingredients in Sex dust by Moon Juice. I feel the same benefits from that product but where a small jar is worth almost $50, this larger bag is a much better deal. It doesn't have all the additional ingredients in Sex Dust so it doesn't go down as smoothly when I mix it in with my coffee, but when I mix it in with my smoothies and protein shakes I can't tell the difference.

Just received this yesterday, and am taking as a female supplement to help balance out hormones. When I opened the bag, the powder was inside another bag and they have a 1/2 tsp and 1tsp measuring scoop in the 1st bag. Pretty convenient. Also if ½ tsp is the dose, this bag should last me ages. So if you’re looking to only have to buy every 6 months or so, this is a great size.The smell when mixed with warm water was fairly gross, but the taste was pretty mild. As it’s mild, I add ½ tsp to my cold matcha every morning and barely notice it. Would probably mix into oatmeal fairly well. Don’t notice anything benefits yet, but will update when I do.

I'm a Pitta and I started taking Shatavari to help regulate my reproductive system and digestion. It certainly did just that. I actually really dislike the flavor and it made me gag when I would try to take it, but I was able to put the powder into gel capsules and make pills out of it. Way cheaper than buying actual pills. The powder itself works really well. Highly suggest it.

Excellent product, I found that it gives you a LOT of energy, this powder is NOT the same as the Tien Men Dong= Red Asparagus Root aka the Flying Herb or Spirit Herb,,as the Chinese called it. both are great. Jaivik Powder,is excellent though on so many levels for god health, you can google the benefits to see for yourself. 5 stars. thanx, satisfied customer.

This is the 1st time I am trying this product and it works amazing in combination with Ashwagandha and Manjistha and it has sweet taste so helps balancing the taste of other herbs.

Great packaging and love the little spoon inside bag. Price reasonable and easily blends in smoothie. No added flavor which is nice.

I order this some time ago and it finally came. Although it said it would deliver March 22nd I got it on March 12th. Still a long time but I got it now. I am quite surprised that I like it. I was ordering it for it's medicinal properties and was expecting it to not taste great but it was not bad. I am excited to see if it does what the book that referenced it said it would do.It was well packaged which is a good thing from something that is coming from international.
