This stuff is really good! It helps calm me down when I'm anxious and it also helped my menstrual cycle. It is said that motherwort is like a mother to you and it is!

In the past, I had ordered a more expensive brand of Motherwort knowing that it could be used as an excellent heart tonic and a benefit to women suffering menstruation issues. The other brand I bought had the opposite impact of what I intended and made me very sick during my periods and did nothing for some heart palpitations I was suffering. I read about Swanson brand and decided to purchase it. With the low price, I knew if it did not work out, I wouldn't be losing much money. This brand has turned out to be excellent. It seems to have done away with my normally excruciating cramps and aided in curbing some stress-related heart palpitations I have recently experienced. I do exceed the suggested dose but have not had any bad consequences from doing so. I'm not sure what differs about Swanson brand compared to the first brand I had a bad experience with but I will only buy this brand from now on.

I am using this for several reason.And I feel as though it has just now begun to affect me . Helping me with sleep is a great plus. Thanks going out the the manufacturer and seller.

Taste ok good product

I've used it for a couple of weeks, but stopped taking it. I bought it because of all the "rave" reviews on YouTube. It didn't seem to have all the benefits mentioned. Everyone's chemical make-up is different. So, with that being said, what works for one, might not work for another. You will just have to try it for yourself.

I was having a problem with severe heart palpitations. I decided to try Motherwort after reading reviews. I noticed a difference after only two days! A week later my palpitations are almost completely gone and the few I get are mild and last only seconds as opposed to severe and lasting several minutes. Highly recommend.

I can't speak for anyone else, but what I can say is that I have suffered from extremely painful cramps for most of my life. I started taking 2 capsules daily about 2 weeks before my cycle returned and my cramps were slight and minimal (which I have never had). I continued taking the daily and when my cycle returned the next month I experienced no cramps at all. I don't know if this is attributed to this or something else, but I can say the only thing differently that I have done was incorporate this into my supplements. If you are a woman with any reproductive issues, this might help you as well. Just make sure it doesn't conflict with any other prescribed medicine you may be taking.
