I have also read the other reviews on this product and the reviewers seem to miss out on the importance of what this product actually is.Colostrum is a wonder supplement. It also has added zinc. To concentrate on colostrum is derived from the first milk secreted from the mammary glands of mammals after parturition. More and more research is showing how this supplement can improve your immune health. In fact, studies have shown it may be the best supplement to actually help protect the body from viruses. You won't really feel anything by taking this product. It won't make you feel more energetic, but the dose and the active ingredient in this colostrum are good and strong. Over time you will feel better as your immunity improves. This product is good, it is well priced. My only advice when taking this product is to warn you that 15mg of zinc is the maximum some can tolerate. If you are getting your zinc from a multivitamin adding this dosage of zinc may be too much. My recommendation would be to add 1 or 2mgs of copper to your supplementation, to stop too much zinc from draining the body's copper.This is a great product with a good dose of colostrum. It should over time help your immunity and I am happy to recommend it.

I admit I like taking vitamins and supplements even though I live a healthy lifestyle.... I firmly believe they have definitely helped me... As I work in a primary school and also do a long hike every weekend....They have kept me healthy overall... Extra energy etc etc..I have read a lot about colostrum as its not on many peoples radar... Its definitely a very special and unique supplement.... I think it will definitely help me more over the winter months with my health and wellbeing whilst boosting my immune system.....For the price I think it's fantastic value.Add I always suggest try a tub and see how your body gets on....

These are 2 a day easy to swallow capsules, so the tub will last for 2 months; I would think that should be enough time to judge whether they work for you or not. They are tasteless and odourless.It doesn't tell you exactly how to take these capsules on the tub, just to take 2 a day, so I Googled colostrum and it seems that you should take one in the morning half an hour before breakfast and another one at night at least 2 hours after your last meal. The morning ones are easy for me as I have to take my prescription Omeprazole half an hour before breakfast anyway, so I can take this at the same time; the night-time one may get forgotten now and again, I may have to get Alexa involved.I've been taking LiveSpo for a few months and having really good results with those and, according to Google, the colostrum will help to boost their efficacy; they will work in synergy, so I'm looking forward to even better results now.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. It is made using lactose so won’t be suitable for vegans.You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at just over a tenner.You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up.Certainly one to consider for your immunity health.
