Quietly freshens your room
I've had this for over a year and it works just as well today as when I got it. Easy to fill with water and just as easy to clean. It's diffuses the scent well throughout the room. It's super quiet and easy to use.

bought 2 and Not working right out the box - seller refunded only one
I had already received one of this Spa Room as gift and it was working well. Bought an additional 2 directly from the seller Sparoom but this time both items were not working right out of the box. Not much mist was coming out of the diffuser and the automatic shut off won't work leaving it on for all night with the water still in the diffuser. Returned both of them but seller only refunded me for one. I had to contact amazon and they were able to refund for the other item. I ended up purchasing a different diffuser from Viva Naturals

Wonderful diffuser
I love this diffuser, and have purchased 4 and recommended them to friends and coworkers. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because when the last order was delivered, it was literally the product box with a label slapped on the outside, not in a delivery box and it wasn’t even sealed. Everything seems to be in tact, but I was surprised by this delivery. This last one was a gift, so hopefully there are no issues with it. Otherwise, it works beautifully.

Still works nearly 1 year later
Easy to use, kind of small capacity but fine for a small to medium sized room. Still working fine nearly 1 year later. Lightweight and small to transport for travel. Not fancy, but works. I suggest leaving it open to air to dry out at least 1xweek.

No 3 hr shut off
Easy to set up. Steam comes out almost immediately after pushing the ON button. Colors are pretty. However, it does not turn off automatically after 3 hours. On the first run, I ran it for 5 hours, and there was still water in the reservoir. So that's good. But I wish it would operate with the auto-shut-off as described.
