Really wish I could give this more stars, but…
The good- there is a lot of love poured into this game. The creators obviously took great pains to make sure that the lore and setting were done right. The lore sections in the menus alone are massive and worth the price of admission when this goes on sale in eshop or whatever. And the story is “fantastic,” really sticking to the tabletops themes of darkness, intrigue and despair. The bad- oh boy… the switch version is almost unplayable at points. If the story and setting weren’t done as well as they were, the score would’ve been MUCH lower. I understand that this is a niche house presenting a niche game featuring a niche setting, so we have to bear that in mind. Consider buying this on a more powerful system maybe and definitely try to purchase it on sale or something. I own a physical copy, but it’s apparent that in years to come, this little cartridge will be held onto as a physical oddity.Final verdict- I was really rooting for this game, just as I am rooting for the current version of the tabletop system (Renegade Studios is doing a great job so far there). I’m hoping more polished patches for the game are released at some point so that I could look back on this as some sort of flawed masterpiece; which it is. I just want this to be the game it is supposed to be.

Research before play
Each decision you make determines how well your character will become. Its different you can mutate your attitude which in some cases gives you better abilities to overpower another npc, but as you play it automatically switch's between three people, each decision you make determines the outcome little tube search before you play helps. It's an alright game. I'm missing just my left hand so game play is pc. Only downfal is you can't run on the switch vs pc.
