I bought these to use for my frequent nose bleeds. They work well and are easy to use.My only complaint is that they are not as soft as I thought they would be so they do not conform to the inside of the nostril easily. This could be an issue for some people as it could allow the blood to leak around the edges.

These are only 1". Adults need 1.5". These are better for children. They do leak on an adult nose. Quality product. Check size for your specific needs.
