FINTIESlim Case for 7" Kobo Libra Colour (2024) / Kobo Libra 2 (2021) eReader - Soft TPU Protective Back Cover with Auto Wake/Sleep, Black

This is my first eReader and I wanted to get a case that offered good protection without adding much bulk. I've been really satisfied with the case so far. The quality is above what I expected for the price, the texture is subtle but a nice touch. It puts the Libra 2 to sleep when closed and folds back well enough to make one-handed reading easy.I appreciate that the only visible branding is on the inside of the front cover and is the same color as the soft velvet-like material. The magnet that holds the cover closed stays closed readily but is easy to open.I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far with about a month of use and travel with it I'm confident with the protection it offers.

This case functions perfectly. It adds a sleek look to the Kobo and has a great texture to it as well. Sleep mode works great and I've had no issues with it since I purchased over 1 year ago!

I bought this so I'd have something to protect my Kobo when I travel. This case will do that, it fits nicely on the Libra 2 and the cover stays on securely with the magnet. The sleep/wake function works too.The only problem is that it's not super comfortable to hold. The hinge is kinda floppy, and the front part has semi-pointed edges that make it dig into your hand somewhat. It just doesn't seem like there's an ideal way to hold onto it one-handed, and using a second hand just to hold onto the cover part is awkward too. I think this is one of those "you get what you pay for" situations.

I've been using this case for my Kobo reader for well over a year and find it the perfect companion to the Kobo. It's easy to hold and to date shows no wear and tear. It has a magnetic feature that turns the reader off soon after the case is closed. Nice to know the Kobo is protected - I almost never remove it from the case.

This is such a neat design for an eReader. It fits my Kobo Libra 2 perfectly and it works with the auto sleep/wake function. Doesn't get in the way while reading/holding and doesn't add much weight. Nice value for the money. Just what I wanted.

I really do love this case. It fits perfectly, isn't too bulky and has cutouts for your power button and usb-c port. Sleep function works flawlessly. If you have a Kobo Libra 2, you should buy this case

You get what you pay for. The material feels cheap, and it’s not very sturdy. I purchased this for protection and I do think it gives my Libre enough protection on the edges, but I’m not impressed with the quality. It also does not put the Libre to sleep when it is closed, but I should have expected it. For the price, I am not going to return it, but if it breaks in the future (concerned about the flap being ripped off after wear and tear) I will probably purchase Kobo’s case.When I hold the device, if I hold the back of the case in my hand along with the device, it is uncomfortable and has a slippery grip, same if I hold the device without the flap… the flap just dangles around and hits my hand.

I had been looking for a sleep cover case for my new Kobo Libra 2 that had a plain back with no stand. This was one of the few choices. I wish there were more colors and designs to chose from but this blue marbled design is nice. The only small issue I have is that the magnets are too weak to hold the cover in place when you have it folded back while reading. Otherwise the sleep/wake function works perfectly. I just checked and this is the 11th Fintie item I have purchased over the years for the parade of electronics I have owned!
