Q: Would these be big enough for a wedding serving several different types of hand-held desserts? Approx 75 people

The ones I purchased are 13.75”x6”. If I understand correctly that you want to serve each of 75 guests several individual dessert portions (with each guest getting one tray of asst. desserts), then yes, they would be big enough. But, of course, you’d need to order quite a lot of sets to equal 75. If you intend to display/serve several individually portioned desserts that guests would choose from (at a buffet table), then you will definitely need much larger trays. Hope this helps.

The manufacturer dimensions are true to size 12”x12” giving for slight scallop edge.
