Don’t take them - dangerous side affects
I would strongly recommend NOT taking these. They have such a high dose of caffeine that having just one caffeine drink such as a tea or a coffee will send you into a caffeine overdose! Why has Amazon allowed for such a dangerous product to be sold on its site?!I have physically and mentally been so poorly by these which I’ve only taken for a few days before joining the dots and doing more research.I would strongly advise NOT to take these!! I wouldn’t want anyone to have even a fraction of the side effects I have had.

Confused
I tried these every day for two weeks!! After weighing in I gained 4lb but lost 2 inches! After googling why apparently I lost fat and gained water weight!! Or something. They did stop me from snacking though I wasn't hungry like I normally am!!

60 tablets arrived safe and sound initially I took one for the first two days and then moved to taking two , as yet I have had no side-effects and will weigh well myself tomorrow and see if there is any change

Don’t waste your money!
This product is rubbish! Don’t waste your money! I took for one month and went for 2/3 mile walks EVERY DAY and ate a healthy diet - lots of fruit and veg. I didn’t lose a single ounce! This product is absolutely not worth buying.

Less than half the tablets that there should have been
Eventually arrived. Very disappointed as bottle stations 60 tablets but less than 30 in there. Works out very expensive. Avoid!
