Loving using this sea kelp iodine to give my thyroid a boost. It helps improve my metabolism and energy levels. Quality product for the price point. Love the fact that it is gluten free and no GMO’s used in this product.

While I ended up not using these more than for 2 days before I was told to stop taking them, I can only honestly comment that they seemed high quality, was able to tell them apart from other tablets, was not the most easy pill to swallow due to its solid form for myself but didn't have any odd taste or aftertaste.I will update more when I'm advised I can return to taking an iodine supplement.What?Drew me to these was that they were Sea weed!

Small, easy to swallow tablets. Price was decent. They have a slightly salty taste, which leads me to believe that they are authentic seaweed.

Maybe this isn’t the freshest liquid iodine my hipster friends take but it certainly appears to be a form and I have read the importance of supplementing iodine recently a couple days a week. So far it seems good especially for the price. It’s from seaweed and checks the list.

Item arrived on time and in perfect condition. So far seems to be a good product and I do not get fish taste after taking it.

Reading on-line about symptoms I was having, decided to try this Iodine supplement. Just after taking 3 days, surprisingly, I started feeling myself very energetic. I stay in good mood all day. Not sure how long it should be taken, but planning to continue taking until I find out the suggested time of use.
