I bought this before i lost my charger from my vacuum, they say this charger match with the brand prettycare, I pug the charger with the vacuum nothing happens.I just returned the product

Terrible charger
It would charge the vacuum so slowly and would never charge it all the way. This is not an appropriate charger for my needs.
