The original formula for Natural Instincts 6c, brass free has been changed
This is the product (Original formula-- in a liquid form) that I have used for several years with great results. Unfortunately, it has been changed and when I try to reorder I receive the new cream formula which I do not like. I don't know why the company has changed a good product.

Old product, probably not the color I ordered
This product had been opened before I got it. The seal on the box was cut. The product was old, in an outdated box. The color, I believe was not the color I ordered. I have used this color many times. I did a test and it turned out DARK. I would like my money back.

Clairol keeps changing the color names so it makes it difficult to tell what one is buying.
Until I use the product, I will not know the exact color, since Clairol keeps changing the name of the color.

Just right brown!!
This is a great warm brown and it does not turn red. Just washes out slowly then it's gone. Would highly recommend.

Did not last
Maybe I got an old batch, but this did not last past 5 shampoos. Very disappointed. I have used this brand for years and it is hard to find the shade I like. I paid more than normal for this purchase and then it didnt even last 2 weeks.
