After asking seller which product would be correct for my laptop (ASUS Vivobook 15 X515JA) (pin 'A' or pin 'B') I purchased it, fitted it with no problem (be careful where you route the cable) and all works absolutely great. would definitely recommend this seller and product.

I asked if this item was compatible with my laptop before ordering and was advised by the seller to order the 'A' version. The item arrived today and I installed a new SSD with it. I'm happy to say it works perfectly!!! Great item and great seller recommendation. Thumbs up from me.

Cable far too short for Asus X415. Had to stretch it over corner of battery. Then laptop wouldn't recognise SSD. Cable became twisted because of having to stretch. When trying to replace it with spare cable supplied the connector that fits into the SSD broke so unable to attach new cable. Gone in the bin now. Will look elsewhere for an better, longer cable.

I tried every which way, followed instructions on YouTube, but this item just didn't work! Took ages to arrive, obviously from China! A complete waste of my time!

Unfortunately contrary to the seller's advice it does not work with asus m509da laptop. I tried both cables they sent and two ssd drives which are healthy and work elsewhere, no luck. Sending back.

I bought this for an Asus laptop. Was a bit disturbed by the inclusion of a second cable, hardly instills confidence, but the first one I tried went in fine and worked perfectly.
