Honestly one of the best knife sets I’ve ever owned. Wicked sharp and maintains sharpness for long period of time.

I have a set of these knives and love them so much I got a set for my son and daughter in law. Best knives I’ve ever owned.

Purchased in 2022 and despite 100% handwashing, Knife handles have all cracked over time. Contacted producer and was told since the set was purchased through Amazon and not through ‘Cangshan’ directly, they could not confirm authenticity, and therefore would not provide refund or any support.

These knives are everything!!! I wasn’t expecting the quality to be as good and they definitely exceeded my expectations. They are sharp and very durable. Not to mention they look lovely on my countertop.

These are sharper and has stayed sharper than the J.A. Henckels set I had. It's really easy to get those every thin julienne slices with the small knives. These do weigh a bit more than the J.A. Henckels', but it's an issue for me. It would be an issue if I was using them like a sous chef would---continuously for hours at a time. I do hope they last longer than the J.A. Henckels set.

I bought myself this set and have now purchased a second set as a gift! They are amazing and you can’t beat this price point!
