Excellent build quality, first off. Everything is either steel, stainless steel, or chrome plated brass.Easy install, surprisingly lightweight, crank works fantasticly and those hose has ample room to roll up every time, and the integrated valves on everything are awesome. It even comes with a quick disconnect. Also, they spare no expense on extra gaskets lol, so any leaks are on the end user.My only real concern is theft - there's not a lot in the realm of security on this thing, and would hate to lose a $200 appliance in a matter of seconds. I might have to get the welder out.One month update: two other cons;1. it has started squeaking loudly. This is due to the fact they didn't actually used a real race bearing on the handle side. Some lithium grease has quieted it down for now.2. They could have easily made the lead hose side reverseable if they had simply drilled the same top plate mounting holes on the bottom. (flip it over) As far as I can tell, there is no official way to move the left to the right, which is a significant oversight.

Product is built tough and looks great. Installation was easy. It did come with a turn nozzle, but I did not connect it yet. The hose is lightweight and the shut off valves on the hose and extension are great for swapping nozzles out. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the product right out the box. The rolling on/off is very easy & convenient. It's worth the cost because of the quality & the many years that it should last. I recommend this product.

This is a fairly heavy duty unit and I like it (so much that I bought three of them). I have a large saltwater pool and everything outside rusts so I wanted stainless and it is other that the mounts which are painted.The drawbacks as pointed out by other reviewers are:The angle of the connector is such that you can't get a newer aluminum hose end in there, so you need to buy some 90 degree adapters. The other reason you need the adapter is that even if you get the hose on it will undo itself and start leaking after you unwind the hose. Possibly a more flexible hose might work but I just used a 90 degree adapter. All of the rubber grommets are put on one of the supports whereas you actually need two on each. I stripped out the hex head bolts trying to undo it to get them off and wound up just cutting two off and putting them on the other support rod.Despite all of this it seem to be better than anything else I have seen and it includes nearly everything you need and it is already assembled. The top shelf is very useful. I used lead anchors in my brick as the included plastic anchors looked fairly flimsy. The three I bought have replaced the plastic ones that only last a few years before cracking and leaking.

Great product. I was looking for a hose reel that wasn't all plastic. This unit is all stainless steel and built very sturdy. A bonus - our Belgium Malinois can't chew through the metal leader hose!

The reel itself is of overall good quality. The only big issue it has is that the opening on the inside is entirely too small to attach anything but the include stainless steel hose. The leader hose would not properly seal and broke soon after purchase. Not a big deal, I bought another lead in hose that worked fine. The inside diameter of the stainless steel hose is tiny an water pressure was unusable. I attached a heavy duty 50ft rubber hose which barely fit on the reel and I get full flow, but it is impossible to fully tighten it so it just leaks continuously. If the 100ft stainless steel hose had not been completely useless, I would give this reel and hose a good rating but seriously, BUY SOMETHING ELSE!

Nice looking unit sturdy unfortunately cut my hose pressure/flow down by 2/3. Moved it to the hose bib coming off the main waterline (my highest pressure). No difference still low flow. Not worth $200

I like the way it was designed. Used it to mount on the back of a tractor sprayer.
