Broke after 3 days of use, right earbud made crackling noises then decided to break on the 3rd day.Item feels cheap and does not produce great audio.Returned as damaged and will not be ordering these or similar due to this issue.Do better Sony.

I would've gave 5 stars as I've never bought anything that isn't Sony but I thought if I was buying second hand then the earbuds would've at least been cleaned

Good sound, good firm fit in the ear although occasionally fall out. But much more secure in the ear than AirPods.

Bought the same model for my partner a year ago and he loves them so wanted to get a pair for myself and saw the refurbished pair was cheaper. However on unboxing and connecting the right earbud did not ever connect to Bluetooth no matter how many times I reconnected/ reset/ troubleshooted. I was also missing the alternative size rubber earbuds that are supposed to come with the headphones. Very disappointed and had to return

I received the headphones i was apprehensive due to being refurbished, they work a dream, you would of thought these were brand new. Sound quality is awesome. Quick and easy to connect with the App. Great value for money. Love the fact they're are true wireless with the ability to use one on its own and the volume control through the app is quick and easy. Great use to give something a second lease of life.

This product although renewed was in very shoddy packaging. Not suitable to send as gift to someone.If you sell it as new then pack it as new.
