Real Peruvian Cacao powder for baking. It is not so great to make a Hot chocolate drink.

Absolutely delicious and good quality. I had no issues with it not being fresh and handled with care. Being so far from Peru and missing the flavors of cacao from there. I cant believe how good this is. Peruvian chocolate for me growing up has always had a fresh raw flavor to it. I have made traditional hot cocoa, smoothie and made an espresso milk shake with this. I thought it would overwhelm the flavor of the espresso but instead it complimented it. Proud to recommend this made by Peru to anyone!

Since cacao is rich in antioxidants and magnesium I make myself a cup of hot chocolate with a teaspoon of raw unfiltered honey one or two hours before going to bed. Smells and tastes delicious !!
