Small, cute and good quality!
Super cute! It's a little too small but it serves me well for what I had in mind. Didn't want a huuge box on my sink, in a small New York kitchen! =P

Didn't come with filter as promised and much smaller than expected. The handle came off the first time we moved it when full and it smashed to pieces. I give it one star for looks.

Check the size
The product itself is just fine. Beware though. Ensure you know what size this is. It's quite small--about a quart. I was looking for a gallon size.

Perfect Fit For My Small Kitchen
I have compost bin outside in the backyard to use for my gardening. So I used to have a tin compost bin on my kitchen counter to dump my scraps in, but it was a pain my A double S to clean. So I tossed it. And one day I got tired of going out back several times a day with my scraps so I got this. Now it is one evening trip to the bin to dump my scraps. And it is as easy to clean inside and out as any oven glass dish. Except nothing is baked on. So glad I got this. Just be careful not to drop it. I took one star off, because the handle can come off unexpectedly while carrying and if it swings it could drop, break and then you have a real stinky mess.

Perfect For Limited Counter Space
I had the gallon version of this for years - probably still do somewhere - but I don’t have that kind of counter space anymore so this tiny version is perfect. I line it with a compostable bag. No filter as I empty it before it could smell or attract fruit flies. For everyone griping and giving bad reviews about the size - review your ability to read the description instead of just looking at pictures. It clearly states the dimensions.

Too small
Just too small for use as a kitchen compost holder. Well-made and looks just like my older bigger one.

Perfect for coffee grounds! Great look and size for me!
This is Just what I was looking for! I bought this for nothing but coffee grounds so I wanted small and cute! It sets beside my keruig and I empty my reusable pods into it. i have had no problems with the handle coming off like I saw other reviewers say. but honestly... its small enough that you don't even need to use the handle. Lol There is no charcoal filter in this but again I didn't need that so...

It Is cute but completely not useful for a normal (family of 3) food scraps -it’s so tiny!
