Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum, 8 Oz (Pack of 5)

We use this to thicken my toddlers liquids and it is the only brand that blends as easily. It’s sooo much cheaper to use this than Simply Thick or any other thickener. We just make up 64 oz of his routine drink (juice or milk) with an immersion blender every couple of days and it works great. You couldn’t put an individual portion size into liquid and shake it to mix it. But an immersion blender or high powered blender works well.

I have used this Xanthan Gum now in several recipes. It blends perfectly and gives me the best results I have experienced in all the recipes I've tried it in. I have never gone wrong with any "Bob's Red Mill" products.
