I am reviewing this for the second time as this is my second purchase of this pillow. I first got this pillow when I had a a soft tissue neck injury. This pillow was the only firm and supportive pillow that alleviated the pain. That first one has worn out and so I needed a replacement. This pillow is very firm and supportive and helps to replace the natural curve to my neck that long hours at the computer straightens out. The pillow is slightly higher on one side vs. the other so can be turned to fit better. The pillowcase is washable, but I have a hard time keeping it white and bright and wish the company would sell replaceable pillowcases The stuffing is in an inner zipper case for easy adjustment of the filling. And the size makes it great for travel as it fits easily into luggage or carry-on. I haven't had any trouble with the zippers. I do wish the company would also make one with this exact cervical roll attached to a fairly flat, full-size standard pillow as I would like a little support under the back of my head and also it would fit better into a standard size pillow case for placing on the bed.

Tras sufrir un agresivo asalto hace un par de años, mi cuello no quedó bien y me duele diariamente, buscaba algo con que poder relajar mi cuello aunque sea un momento en el día y esta almohada hace justo eso, tiene 2 formas de uso, una más alta y una más baja, ya no voy a ningún viaje sin ella, definitivamente todos deberían tener una en casa pues es excelente para quitar peso del área de cuello/hombros.

I read in bed every night using a foam wedge bolster, and have been using a traditional neck roll under my arm for support. It constantly rolls away from me... and toward my husband. We've joked about how the pillow likes him better than me, but it is annoying. For a couple of years I have tried to find a squared pillow that wouldn't take up any more room than the neck roll. Though I felt it was expensive for what it is, THIS is exactly what I searched all over for so I sucked it up and bought it.It arrived in what I would call "overstuffed" condition. I used it for about a week to see if it compacted with use- it did not. Luckily, the zipper makes it easy to open and remove some of the fill. It can be adjusted to whatever degree of firmness you desire. The fabric covering is soft with a lovely damask pattern. Best of all, it stays nestled up against me no matter how much flipping/flopping/rolling the hubby does. I'm not sure if I would like this thing under my neck, but it is perfect for what I purchased it to do. I have no regrets since I believe this is going to hold up for a long while.
