This pillow is the perfect size to support the neck without tilting the head forward/upward. It's also the perfect size for sleeping on the side. I have been sleeping an extra 2 hours each night since using this pillow. I'm not sure if the size would be perfect for everyone, but for me it is. I highly recommend it!

Works real well as a back stretching pillow but is too large for a neck roll pillow. It is larger in diameter and firmer than the McKenzie blue pillow that works great for me as a neck pillow.

This is a good pillow. If you come for the smaller, 3.5 inch, McKensie pillow, this is not it. This is a 4 inch roll, and it’s more firm than the McKensie.

This item was nicely packaged, and arrived as stated, but just did not work for me. It hurt my neck as it felt too hard, but too soft and small to give my knees support if on my back. I had to send it back.

My new chiropractor instructed me to roll a towel to 4” diameter and place under my neck daily for 20 minutes. I was really noticing a difference and realized this was the perfect way to wind down and stretch my neck before bedtime. I saw this 4” diameter memory foam bolster and thought it was worth trying. It’s so much better than the rolled up towel. Consistent diameter every time and memory foam that is more comfortable and supportive. Even if you don’t have chronic neck or shoulder pain this is an incredibly relaxing habit. I highly recommend this product. Quality materials with excellent support.

I ordered one of the AllSett neck roll pillows that was described as "memory foam" back in 2022 and I still have that pillow and it is indeed "memory foam" and is great... BUT... Since that time I have ordered 4-5 of what was supposed to be the same thing and none of them are - they are "hard" like regular foam rubber; making them uncomfortable as a neck roll pillow. I just ordered another one a couple of weeks ago, hoping the company had fixed the problem but they haven't [so I am gonna return the last one while I can!] LOOK FOR ANOTHER VENDOR IF YOU NEED/WANT A TRUE MEMORY FOAM NECK ROLL PILLOW!

It is of the right size. I sleep flat on my back with the pillow under my neck. It acts as a very good stress relief in my neck. Also, it is anti-aging. I realized after using it for 4 days that my cheekbones are lifted! You can also sleep sideways with your head on the pillow. Again since your cheek is not touching the pillow it avoids the formation of wrinkles. I really really love this pillow and I will be taking it along with me wherever I go.

The item is wonderful, it does its job, but it won't help if you plan to embrace it during your night's sleep, because the object squeezes your side-nick so tight that blood won't go through easily, it is so obvious that you can feel it. What I did to overcome that obstacle is putting it under my pillow, and it worked, within seven nights, the pain in my nick was mostly healed. I get addicted to it, I think this will travel with me everywhere I go.
