The universal fit is good but need to tighten up a fair amount to stay where it's needed.

Best I've found yet
Soft and comfortable but pouch is a little too big for the tandem pump. You can operate the pump through the mesh. I like the belt clip. Easy on easy off and adjust to length very well.

Velcro pouch was harder to use than their doubled zipper... and velcro was not connected on one side...

pouch sewn into belt
pouch does not slide on belt so hard clips in back are uncomfortable for back sleepers.

Perfect Size but Velcro sucks
I love the size and my daughter really appreciates how flat it is BUT the Velcro gives out quickly, so unfortunately the pump slips out easily.
