I purchased the Samsung M5 monitor last year based on my brother's recommendation.Positive:The color accuracy is exceptional, and the screen clarity is impressive, with deep, rich dark tones. The split-screen feature is fantastic for multitasking, and there are no light reflections, making it comfortable to use. The brightness control is outstanding, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. It’s versatile enough to serve as both a monitor and a TV. Overall, it provides excellent value for money, especially when compared to other non-smart monitors of smaller sizes that are more expensive.Negative:That said, there are a few downsides. The screen cannot be rotated to a vertical position, which limits its usability for certain applications. The refresh rate could also be better, as I noticed some glitching in the ball movement while watching cricket. Overall, it's a solid option for both work and entertainment.

Thanks to the seller, I was able to receive it intact condition. I generally use 23inch screen, so this was a huge stepup for me. I think now 27inch should have been the perfect size for me. Like other reviews, it does come with 16A plug, but if you read current rating it mentions 10A. So you can use a branded 10A 3pin plug, I am doing without any issues so far.Smart Features:I definitely like the smart app features, You don't have to fire up the pc to watch Netflix etc,It even has some entertainment and news channels for timepass. Though not so much regional content. But point of disappointment was with the split screen mode. There is limited option to choose source, you can either have pc screen and mobile, YouTube and mobile but not two pc sources pinned together.Connectivity:It comes with 3 USB type A ports, you will be able to connect external HDD, and watch contents in the monitor. Mine was a 2TB, despite the huge storage it was able to browse through quite smoothly. It does not have display port or DVI. It has 2HDMI ports, one of them is arc to connect speaker. Lack of 3.5mm is a disadvantage, only ways to connect speakers are through HDMI and bluetoothErgonomics:It will not be the most ergonomic one since it lacks height adjustable stand, you can not rotate it horizontally also vertical tilt angles are also limited. But it supports external stands/mounts.

The M7’s image quality and 4K resolution means it can take on lots of different workloads, and the bright, punchy panel is paired with loads of connectivity options and plenty of smart features. The Samsung looks great and is surprisingly affordable given the hardware and software on offer.The low price does mean compromise. There are some notable connectivity omissions despite the ample features, and the Samsung has middling build quality and adjustability. Office 365 is a key productivity feature but it’s too slow, and image quality is good – but not great.These issues do mean that Samsung isn’t suitable for certain tasks or color-sensitive workloads. Nevertheless, there are plenty of areas where the M7 does succeed, and it’s a good option if you need a versatile, good-looking 4K panel for everyday work and home use.

This is amazing Monitor from Samsung Brand.I have always been a fan of samsung product and most of the product i use is from samsung, as they have good product as well as good after sells support.ProsDisplay quality is brilliant.Bezels are very thinLook and design is amazingLooks and feel premiumSmart monitorHdmi, thunderbolt and usb supportRemote is very sleek and rechargeable, so you don't need to worry about changing cellsConsTizen os is slighly buggy and slow in response but it is manageable, as no other company is offering similar product in this price range.Except everything is great in this product.

I bought this product nearly around 2 weeks ago and now this smart monitor is broken as the monitor stand broke open from the stand base and resulting in breaking the monitor.Please note the basic function is monitor/display which is mostly requires stand base and stand support, other secondary (additional) feature is that to act like TV but not replacement for actual TV requirement.My recommendation is that use the product with care if used with stand to avoid damage
