Good product
The seeds do wonders for my digestive issues. I poor two cups of boiling water over one tablespoon of the ajwain seeds in a glass jar, leave to soak for 15 to 30 minutes, then I poor the liquid into another jar through a funnel and strainer. I cover and refrigerate it. I drink about 1/3 cup before every meal.
