Scrubo cleans my 20x40 inground pool like a champ.

Bought this unit in May of 2022. Seemed to work fine for the summer. Took it out of storage in May 2023. Unit will not take a charge or work at all. Can’t find anyone that knows anything about this unit. Very very disappointed. Spent almost $800 dollars and didn’t last . Need help and can’t get it. I don’t recommend this brand to anyone. It worked well for about 6 months then started to get stuck on drains, the filter broke but still worked and finally stopped working or charging after one year. Can find service or parts.

I've had this for a short time but it gets stuck on the main drains. The main drains are off and have no draw at all but it still gets stuct.I called the support line but they don't answer.I'm considering a return without any ability to get support or a fix.I'll update this if I get somewhere or return it.

I ordered it, and used it for the last 2 months. It worked pretty good for my 20 x 40 size pool.But a filter cartridge inside the cleaner is broken, and need to replace it. Please let me know how to order the replacement filter cartridge.

*****Update:I have had this for a while now and here are some things I would like to add.There are 3 negatives for this pool cleaner.1. It is heavy when you remove it, I mean really heavy.2. It doesn't do a good job on corners. The footprint is large and it just doesn't do a good job on corners.3. It requires me to attend to it every day.This thing full of water and full filters really is super heavy. As for the corners I have begun to just brush off corners and and the next day it all gets sucked up. I do not like that I have to charge it every day, which takes about 3 hours. I also have to dump and rinse out the filter.The 4 main positive I have noticed over time are:1. It really has some serious suction power!2. It picks up and retains the fine sand we have here in Florida.3. It does my entire pool on one charge.4. It never tips over, not ever, it seems to defy gravity.This thing really has some super suction, I am so surprised. The filter box is very fine mesh and this ting catches everything, even sand. I was amazed at how much this thing picked up. The charge is lasting me about 3 hours, so long as I charge it until the battery is completely full, so it does my entire pool. My pool is below ground, 20,000 gallon pool, 16'x 32' and goes from 3 1/2 foot to 8 1/2 foot. I think this thing would work even better in a flat bottom pool. I think this is a great pool cleaner and I may use it in conjunction with my in pool cleaning system. It picks up so much that my other pool cleaner leaves behind, and it does the walls. It parks itself near the top of the water line, and aside from being super heavy I don't have any other issues removing it. I am amazed every time that it doesn't fall over climbing the walls and it never lands on it's back no matter how I drop it in.I think the footprint of the machine is just so large that it makes it hard for it to get into the corners.One last thing I want to mention, that I was really impressed with, is that the area where the water exhaust/exit port is, shoots straight out the top. Why is that important? Because, it means that as it is cleaning it isn't blowing dirt and debris around and missing a bunch of stuff, instead it means it gets just about everything, especially on the bottom of the pool.Original Review:This pool cleaner is great. I love that there aren’t any wires attached to it. It makes me feel like it is safer for when the kids are in the pool. You do have to remember to recharge it though, so there’s that. You really do just turn it on and drop it in. It does the entire pool, walls and all. The park mode is super cool, when it finishes cleaning it will park itself near the top on the wall, for easy retrieval. You can do walls separate from the floor, which is good because the battery lasts about 70 minutes when the pool’s dirty, which isn’t enough time to do everything at once in larger pools. All in all this pool cleaner is great and makes life a little easier.

Unfortunately this did not live up to expectations. Suction was lackluster and left even the most apparent leaves and small debris on the floor of the pool as it went over them. Disappointed. Had high hopes from the video. Was also a pain to pull out and clean. Heavy.
