My surgeon advised me that during my post-op recovery, I should wear something with more support. (He should prescribe these for all of his patients!) I was fully recovered well over a year ago but I'll keep wearing these from now on. They're not traditional boxers but they're not briefs either. What they are is extraordinarily comfortable. They're cool in the summer, they allow 'easy access' , and they wear well.

Got these for my husband and I think he would have loved them if I hadn’t already bought him a pair of David Archie’s. Similar in price and style but he says the DAs are a more comfortable fit. However these are a nice fabric and get the job done.

These underwear are extremely soft and the dual pouch is great. However these trunk style underwear roll up faster than a window shade. They roll and ride up until they become extremely uncomfortable briefs. I would not buy them in the trunk style ever again. They will become the most expensive dust rags you own. I have not tried the longer version as I typically do not care for them. They may be better, I do not know and don’t want to pay to find out after my experience with these.
