Worked as intended.
I purchased this tool as I broke off the meat thermometer plug in my Traeger grill. If I knew what I was doing I would have been able to remove the broken tip quicker. I am happy that I purchased this item.

It’s a scam
Don’t buy this!!! When I tried to use it like the video did my computer broke and pushed the port into the computer stopping it from turning on!

Amazing tool for extracting broken 1/8” headphone jacks
My laptop had lost ability to play sound. Turned out to he the tip of my headphone’s 1/8 jack was broken and was lodged inside a f rhe laptops headphone jack, making the laptop believe headset was plugged in therefore cancelling the lapto speakers. Who ver came up with this tool is a GENIUS!! I tried tweezers, disposable pen heads but unaucceasful until i found this tool. Did the iob 1st try. Go to youtube for video instructions. Basically insert the tool, lightly and carefully hammer it then just pull out the broken tip.

Lifesaver!
When my daughter broke off the tip of her headphones inside her school laptop I was in a panic trying to get it out! These came next day and got it out in one second! Durable and easy to use!

It worked!
Not particularly easy, it took me several tries and used most of the tubes, but finally it worked. I had to use pliers to crush the tube to grip the broken tip and pull it out.

Waste Of Money
Durability of the item is not good at all. It is easy to use for the most part but that's only if you can get it to work right without it breaking or bending. Would not recommend. I ended up using pointed tweezers instead.

It works!
We tried many things (straws, glue.. etc) and was very frustrated that nothing worked! We ordered these, at first they didn’t seem to be working, but then we tapped it in and used pliers to grab closer to the opening and out the broken piece came! So relieved!

This is a life saver but could be better or cheaper
This tool helpled me remove the broken jack from my Xbox controller. The first tool bent on me but the rest were durable enough pinch the broken part. DO HAVE PATIENCE and small things like pins or Tweezers. Sometimes the jack is broken like so.
