We use lecithin for “medical herbal” edibles for our patients as it helps the body absorb and process the medicine better.Lecithin Granules are hard to work with during the steps to extracting oil into coconut oil. So finding lecithin in a liquid that’s not a capsule to swallow was a good day. I always trust LorAnn candy making products and this did not disappoint.Not much more to say other than we will purchase again and recommend others using lecithin for the same reason to do the same. You won’t go back to granules! :)
