We were very pleased with the convenience and power. It cleaned so well that the cup was filled with each use, necessitating the cup be emptied. That was not a big deal, kind of liked the idea of keeping it emptied.But, here’s the rub, it worked for four uses. And, now it will not charge. Therefore it will not operate.We are not air-headed youngsters. We are well seasoned with experience of dust busters through the years. So, I know this is not a operator issue.I am hoping it is just a fluke.Because ladies and gentlemen, I am buying another one and giving it another try.Keeping my fingers crossed.Update*It is working fine and once again we are pleased. I now, feel I can recommend this product.

Wait!! Before ordering, be aware that the grey one doesn't come with a charging stand, so it just lays on the floor, which is not practical or attractive. But if you pay $1.12 more for the white vacuum, you get a charging stand. Makes no sense. Might be great, but I will return it and buy something else.

As long as you don’t care about the sound, this thing is great. But the sound of it makes me want to pull my ears off. It’s super loud and really high pitched. Still, we’re keeping it because it’s the only hand vac we’ve found that actually picks up all the crumbs our kids and dog leave around the house.

I use this to quickly pick up the cat's tracking litter all over the house. We've since gotten better litter, but still have to pick up quickly after small messes that happen all day long. So now that the leaves are falling, I can get after the bits and pieces at the doors before it's all over the house.

Works great for small jobs like crumbs, bits of stray litter, spilled popcorn kernels and getting into small nooks & crannies with the attachments. But you will have to empty the compartment VERY often. It’s about half the size of a human fist. Really tiny compartment!
