Superb Color, High refresh rate and great brightness for an OLED TV
I have been using this tv as a monitor for a few months now and have been trying to check out whether there'll be any burn in. So far so good and I have been using this at least 8-9 hrs a day 15hrs maximum and using a dynamic wallpaper to make sure it doesnt get any burn in. It supports Gsync as well so if you have an Nvidia GPU there's a great benefit on VRR as well. I didnt know that there was a silver model of this and have ordered that one but so far havent really notice the silver edges.Very satisfied with it no burn ins or whatsoever

Best 42inch OLED
This TV is the best for PC and gaming, I really like the colour and the brightness is perfect, with perfect blacks and instant response time this TV/moniter is the way to go.Note: I ordered the black color one but received the white edition, but for me it is not a big deal.

OLED panel black level details are good
OLED panels has a fast response time and high shadow details compare to LCD panels. The contrast is not that high compared to LCD but all the rest benifits are better.

I love the monitor but requires a lot of calibration to achieve the quality you want
Update: 14/4/2023It has been almost 5 months since I bought the monitor and almost all issues I had with the picture quality I found a fix for it through 3rd party application called ColorControl by Maassoft in Github (DISCLAIMER: YOUR WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF YOU USE THIS APP).I can assure you that the app is safe to use but since LG settings are terribly optimized for PC, I couldn't take it anymore and I tweaked it through this app. Basically this app allows you to access the LG Service Remote which only LG technicians have access to. The default settings are intended to extend the lifespan of the OLED display. It has been 4 months since I tweaked the settings and so far the monitor is working flawlessly.Unfortunately, if you want the best picture quality you have to tweak it. Use it at your own risk.Regarding the size of the monitor, I got used to it after couple of weeks and currently placed on my PC table about a meter away from my eyesight. As for the speakers, I'd highly suggest you investing in a home theatre in a 5.1 configuration. If you want to go to the extreme, then get 7.1 with Atmos configuration.___________________________________________________________________I am using it as a PC monitor.Size: 42"My 32" Asus ProArt stopped working. I have been an Asus monitor user for over 10 years.I got to say, 42" is an overkill. I am thinking to hang the tv on the wall and pull my table away from the monitor to accommodate the viewing distance for comfortable view. Currently I have to turn my head to see crucial moments which are not happening at the center of the screen.Picture Quality:I love it and hate it at the same time. For HDR contents, the monitor software does a great job. but when playing non HDR games or simply just browsing website, it's really uncomfortable. The software requires update to address inconsistent dimmed areas whenever the software feels like to. I tried everything from disabling AI and energy saving features to adjusting profiles. but it's always the same issue, for example I am browsing Amazon page where it has a lot of white background. Sometimes it shows it as greyish and sometimes its bright white. This happens in non HDR games as well. where the UI sometimes its well-lit and sometimes it's not.Often I have to switch apps to negate the greyish color and brighten it.Colors are really vibrant on this monitor.I hate the white color frame. No support for Display Port.Speakers are mediocre and the AI Sound makes it even worse. You might want to consider in buying speakers as well.
