Great solution.
This is the perfect solution for a problem that I had. I work in senior living and we like to have music in the dining room during meal time. People would adjust the settings on the Echo Dot. By mounting it in the ceiling, I get better sound quality and no one plays with the buttons. Plus it looks very nice and clean, (no cords showing)

Looks a little cheap, but still want enough for me to do the job

Inconsistent manufacturing
Be careful and make sure the hole(s) are drilled right. I bought two of these. I could tell these were 3d printed, but it seemed fine. The first one wqs easy and it fit just right, holes lined up and was easy to put into the flush mounted fixture I already had. The second one had only one hole, not lined up at all height wise, and the top doesn't even come close to snapping on. Quality control need to happen on any manufactured product. And clearly wasn't here

Wholy Ametuer Hour on the 3D Printer
Let me save everyone the headache. This was by far the worse quality item Ive ever purchased on any site or store. Its a hack job 3D Print Failure. The random Blue spots from previous filaments, the facing ring and body in-which the Echo sits in is off centered by an ⅛", the black marks in the honeycomb. Ive seen 3D Printed Homes with better granularity. The Eco wouldn't even fit in evenly due to the misalignment. Unless you are looking for a laugh critiquing an Item, don't buy.

very good for what it is.
I wish it were cheaper ($10-$13 total) because the quality is not there, but for what it is, it is nice. The only thing I would be seeing is the face, so they got an 8/10 on that, and being in the ceiling, most people will not be looking up to notice the defects ( some areas are thinner than others on the face, almost clear). The back looks ugly and I had to use pliers to remove the lid the first time because the plastic is raged, but I will not be ceiling the back until the echo dot goes bad so it does not matter.

WARNING: IT'S 3D PRINTED
Backstory: I have four FDM printers and two resin printers. One of my hobbies is printing fully functional violins. If I'd wanted a 3D printed ceiling mount for my Echo Dot I would have printed it myself. Nowhere in the description was the fact that it was FDM printed. Further, the quality is absurdly poor and I would not expect this to safely hold the Echo Dot in the ceiling of my uninsulated garage in the summer because of the heat of the attic.

Not good quality
3D Printed, which is fine, but this is poorly designed and breaks easily. They don't understand 3D printing structural elements. There are much better products like this that are professionally 3D Printed, not on Amazon either.
