I slice tomato into paper thin strips. Slices cold raw carrots with ease. Shaves meat into deli thin pieces. Gave one to a friend that cook a lot as a gift. Handle if comphertable.

Love this knife, it is comfortable in my hand and chops and cuts nicely. It comes with a thin plastic sleeve however,I am anxious about storing it in a drawer, fearing it could definitely cause an injury when retrieving it.I wish it had a sturdy case.

I got one of these for my daughter and she loves it. My son in law also loved it and wanted one for himself (no, they did not split up just needed 2 in their house for some reason). 😂

i have bought many zwilling knives over the years. i am very familiar with the packaging. cleaver was sent in a generic POLYBAG, not even a box, JUST A PLASTIC BAG. markings on knife highly suspect and do not match a knife purchased at an authorized zwilling retailer. doubt authenticity of this knife.

Great chopping cleaver (7” chinese veg cleaver) that fills the empty space in the Twin Signature 19pc block. Nice weight, extremely sharp, completes this nice block set

For me to state 'dislike' we must explore the likes...Beautifully constructed, wonderful steel.Sharpness and durability there is no question..Yet.. Chinese knives history is based on a very thin, very sharp duty.This one is somewhere in-between a Chinese knife and a meat cleaver.I guess, the German knife makers, ( I respect so much. )..Didn't get the memo....

High quality, great value, razor sharp will be excellent to chop and dice vegetables.
