Q: Mine has arrived open and leaking, how do I contact the seller?

I had this twice,contact asap with images they will give you credit to replace x

Q: Can i use it to make a life cast of my face ?

To cast your face you would first use alginate to make a delicate, one time use, mould of your face. Then a poured plaster casting from that will give you a new accurate master from which to make a new mould using this silicone rubber. From that mould you will be able to cast multiple reproductions in various resins.

Q: i need to make a mould of a bit of cornice in situ in a ceiling.- to replace broken bit further along. can I paint it on? will it drip? any advice?

I would say this would be messy and difficult, it would most definitely drip as you painted it on, you'd be better off removing it and moulding it on a flat surface then replacing it.

Q: Could i use a glass object to make a silicone mold, or would the glass object break?

Glass would work, the silicone would be fine.
