Edit: I found some excellent customer service emails from Onebottl in my spam folder. I have since received a replacement lid which is a huge step up on quality. So giving 5 stars for the perfect product and excellent customer service. Giving myself 2 stars for not finding the emails sooner and bothering to give a substandard review.I'd like to give this more stars but I can't.I love the style, it's super easy to clean, keeps my tea hot for hours and fits in my bottle cage on my bike. I use it every day but the lid has cracked and so when I'm out and about it dribbles over me and bits of plastic are ready to drop into the mug. The lid had aged really quickly, only been hand washed (we don't have a dish washer) but I've only had it since September.

Good product! My partner love it as he can take his favourite coffee on his long bike rides and doesn’t have to worry that temperature will change. He said that coffee stays hot up to 6hrs and that is great:)

Husband had this as a Christmas present and it’s only mid March and lid has cracked and broke apart . Not very good quality.

This arrived nicely packaged. I bought it as a gift but first impression of it is very positive.
