I searched, searched, researched and researched to find a “faster” mobility scooter for my brother. This was a big purchase for him and I was SO nervous to order seeing many scooters came directly from China and some even charged $399 for shipping.This one was fulfilled by Amazon which was a great peace of mind and finally helped me hit purchase in the end.Delivery was scheduled and they were right on time. They even put the scooter in our garage. The packing was quite impressive. The scooter arrived 98% assembled and in a big heavy duty steel “cage/box”!The scooter runs very well, smoothly and the extra features are quite impressive. (Security alarm even!). The scooter has running lights and impressive rear and brake lighting making it very visible if one plans to be out on the road.We’ve only had it a day so this is my initial review. I wanted to post something because I relied SO heavily on other people’s reviews of many many scooters before buying this one.This particular Koosom 107ZH01 scooter is worth the price so far. (I very intentionally list the model number because some Amazon reviews that initially appeared to be for the scooter I was researching ended up not being so)The only downside we have so far is the lack of turning radius. This scooter is definitely more for outdoor use than indoor. My brother lives in an apartment and this scooter is a very tight fit turning into his room from the hallway. He will need to back up and maneuver more than he did with his precious scooter.All in all, hopefully someone else can now buy with more confidence than I had. It was a difficult decision to buy something so large and at this price point without having touched or tried it out in person first. This was a good quality well built scooter so far and Amazon delivered as promised.

The scooter arrived completely assembled except for the mirrors. Would have rated it 4 stars except a wire was loose and I had to lights when it arrived..It has good power, 3 speeds, reverse, horn, backup sound, turn signals, roughly 45 miles on a charge, goes as fast as 15 mph, adjustable seat. Pretty nice mode of transportation. The lights issue was easy to fix once support sent me a video where to locate it. Overall, despite the slow shipping, I am satisfied with this purchase. Of course,a week after I get it Amazon lowers the sales price by $400! Figures

This scooter is easy and fun to ride. The only problem is that the backup beep is absurdly LOUD. In fact, the backup sound from large trucks is not as blaring. Wish there was a way to adjust it.

I have been to the store and just riding around. 3 speeds bright lights turn signals and park lights I have had this one up to 25 mph. The only draw back is it's turning radius but that's it. Battery life is good

Throttle sticks, ignition key jams, brakes goofy. Sending it back.

There is no service manual to tell one how to adjust brakes or any other simply tasks. There us a cardboard guide giving very simple explanations. The readouts on the dashboard are metric ONLY so there is no mileage indicator or speedometer readings. Everything is in kilometers which is useless.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A NEW BATTERY FOR IT

Just unpacked - looks good. Wrenches required to disassemble protective frame packaging. Peeling off the protective tape will have to be followed with adhesive remover in a few spots.Instructions are very roughly translated to English and has to have interpretation and reading between the lines. Manual is minimal and dash is metric. Web searching results for more info produce minimal info at best. Too early for fair comparison but there are 3 other scooters in our garage to compare to. Will update on battery life, tire life and access to service. Useable life of a scooter that gets used is about 3 years and component life is about a third of that.
