Far from Nothing!
I am not the person who queues up every few months for the latest updated model of their phone, nor am I a slave to the ‘brand’ and feel compelled to spending far too much on the latest designer giants. I get a new phone every few years but when I do I do my own research. This new Nothing phone was from a brand I was not familiar with so I read reviews, looked into it further and in the end, it beat out the other choices. I am so glad I took the chance on an uncommon brand but I reckon we’ll be hearing more from them in the future. Great specs, very responsive and an overall great looking phone. It actually looks a lot like some of the more rather well known flagship phones but this has an ace up its sleeve in the LED backlight feature, which can be customised. The internal storage is very generous, the battery life is good and lasts easily for over half a week before needing a recharge and the photos it takes are exceptional. Also, the ringtones (which can be tailored and easily you can add your own simply enough) are incredibly loud (in a good way) and overall I’m very, very impressed with the Nothing phone. I would advise you give it a try, for the price and what you get you could do far worse. Hope this helps

It is a pretty looking phone and is very handy for a normal user.
Budget friendly if buying a refurbished one. But overpriced for the specs if buying a fresh. Still the looks and weight of the phone gives for a premium feel. But it doesn't matter for long. As within a week or two it's not much to boast about. The glyph interface ain't that great. Could be made better through software updates. Overall a good attempt. After all it's the first phone from the company and so can be improved better on future phones. The major drawback was that the phone gets stuck after a long use of 2-3 hrs. Also, has to be restarted once a day which shows the requirement for better memory management. Also, the camera speed was slow in taking pictures and the fingerprint sensor wasn't fast enough as even cheaper phones had much faster recognition speeds.

Made me fall back in love with androids.
I was struggling to pick between this and the Pixel 6a and thankfully I made the right decision. I haven't loved an android phone this much since my trusty Samsung Galaxy S5, in my opinion this phone is better than Samsungs latest galaxy releases by a wide margin. The build quality on this phone is so premium feeling for £300, it feels similar to the latest iPhones in your hand and at first glance looks a little similar too. But the potential this phone has thanks to its easily unlockable bootloader (a trend that seems to be disappearing in android phones *cough* samsung..) is amazing to have on an android that looks and feels this nice. The glyph lights on the back seemed gimmicky to me at first, but I actually found myself using it a lot especially at work where I put my phone on silent, the lights are a much handier way to get notifications when you don't want any sound playing. The music visualizer is also a neat party trick, and not to mention the huge benefit the lights bring when recording or taking pictures at close range without having flash on, it provides a lovely soft lighting if you're filming in the dark that comes up great on its 50MP back camera. The screen is absurdly good for the price, silky smooth 120hz while also being a beautiful oled with a huge range of brightness and wide color range that is a treat to look at, yet somehow with all these awesome things the battery life somehow still lasts over a day of regular use. You just can't do much more to make this phone better, for £300 it is ultimately the best phone you can buy.I'm looking forward to seeing future products from Nothing because I genuinely believe they have the potential to fill the gap HTC left and give Samsung a run for their money, quality well designed phones for a rediculously good price.
