This device is very user friendly and versatile. Light weight and does what it says it does. Allows you to control how strong impulse is and for how long you wish to use it. Even though it's abdominal stimulator. I used this on my arms as well as buttocks with a little ingenuity. So the belt is extremely versatile. Don't over do it because you may not think your doing much but the next day you will feel it. Because i work from home, I use this product 3 x a day.Flowing hysterectomy and 3 life saving surgeries this product has rebuilt my abdominal muscles. Do yourself a favor and buy this!! It works nice so far. However the spray bottle arrived broken at the top cap area.

I liked this this belt. When it worked, the problem is that it seemed to lose connection, I’d have to ice the circle around for the connections to activate to get it to work again. I believe it’s defective and plan to try it again. But otherwise it felt like it could help, it was easy to use and comfortable.

I really enjoyed this ABS Stimulator Belt when I initially bought it, but unfortunately it doesn't hold up very long. The belt is about 4 months old and it barely works. I recently charged the power module fully and had to turn it all the way on mode 1 and it barely created any simulation. It seemed the module and belt was only on power 2 or 3. It is very unfortunate as the belt worked great at first. I would not waste your money on this product.

The ABS stimulator is very comfortable to use and very effective. You really see your muscles working. I am normally using intense 4-5 but it depends on person. My father uses at 8. The good parts is that you can use water to moisture it instead to change de pads.Good value by the money.

I love using the ab stimulator. It feels like a stim machine on steroids! I can use it on about setting 4 or 5 comfortably, so there is potential for a greater workout; I just haven’t got that far yet so I can’t say it feels like I’m getting a great ab workout. The Velcro is strong, but it snags onto my clothes making it hard to fasten tight enough. (I would’ve purchased a smaller size if available). I like the product and plan to keep using it!

I like this product it works well. It is easy to use. Not painful at all. I was nervous to purchase it because I've heard these types of gadgets don't work. I was pleasantly surprised. My only negative was I wish that the length of time it stays charged could be longer.
