Each two capsule serving provides 200mg of Tart Cherry, 250mg of Chanca Piedra, and many other ingredients including Celery Seed Extract, Green Coffee Bean extract, Cranberry and Pomegranate extract and more.Since I have been using this product I have noticed an improvement in my joint swelling and pain. I don't know how much of this is due to lowered Uric Acid and how much is due to the anti-inflammatory properties of its many ingredients but I will count it as a win anyway. The capsules are flavorless and easy to swallow and there is a 30 day supply in each bottle. Overall I am pleased with this supplement and would order it again.

When I ordered this I had been having some mysterious and sever joint pain for over two months. It was so bad that it brought me to tears and I couldn’t bend down to put my socks on so I had to rely on my family. Doctor did blood work and found nothing out of the ordinary. I was desperate to find some relief so I thought I would try this. It took so long to arrive that by the time it got here a few days ago, I had on my own figured out that I had a vitamin deficiency and started supplementing. I now have no pain due to the vitamin supplementation that I’ve started and don’t have a need for this.Per the item description, the company has been around 10 years, the supplement is 3rd party tested, manufactured in an fda approved facility, formulated in the USA, and sources from a GMP certified facility. Bottle contains 30 day supply and it’s recommended to take for at least 30 days to see results. Does have silicone dioxide in the inactive ingredients which I’m not super excited about.

These capsules are easy to swallow and produce no after taste. They are suppose to reduce uric acid levels and the swelling associated what is commonly in some cases called gout, through the use of their natural herbal components. I have had periodic foot swelling problems for several years and have tried quite a few supplemental compounds. Although the tablets were well sealed, the contents had an odd odor and the cotton packing around the tablets was discolored. I did not take the tablets because of this.

This supplement has a lot of good ingredients and there are a lot of good reviews posted so I don't have much to add as far as the benefits of all the ingredients are concerned, but I want to take this because I have some joint pain particularly in one knee and have a family member who experienced gout and recommended this supplement to me so I plan on taking just 1 per day with meals and see if anything changes.
