When I found out that this product was invented for the astronauts, I was intrigued. Then, I tried it and I felt the results immediately. It gave me more energy, fewer cramps and I felt that my performance went up a notch!

I used two packs a day during a golf tournament in Palm Springs. Temps between 105 - 109, I believe it did the job advertised

Honestly it's expensive for the quantity I receive, andd mine came looking like it was sitting ripped open on Christmas day by 8 year old who thought he was getting a ps5! One of the packets burst, so now I spent way too much on 9 instead of 10 packets and got some salty peach smelling residue all over my desk!

This is a little salty but when diluted or mixed with another flavor it is fine. Really helps to keep you hydrated!

This flavor is horrid, it’s straight concentrated salt with citric acid. It gets in the blood stream pretty fast and replenishes your electrolytes, it works but is terrible going down

Best electrolyte product on the market. I am training for my 2nd Ironman in the summer heat of Florida and I can't get through my workouts without it.
